When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Glow Recipe is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are vegan, and we clearly label any items that contain ethically sourced honey or beeswax.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, and select European countries. Please check our shipping page for the full list of available destinations and rates.
How do I recycle my empty Glow Recipe jars?
Our glass jars are 100% recyclable. Simply rinse out any remaining product and place the glass in your curbside recycling bin. Plastic caps can be recycled through our partnership with TerraCycle.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Our system only allows for one discount code or promotional offer per order. Discounts cannot be combined with reward point redemptions.
